• White Label Services: Offering a range of our manufactured garments for you to brand and sell as your own.
• Design Services: Creation of custom tech packs and templates, providing detailed instructions for garment manufacturing.

• Licensing: Upon purchase, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the tech packs, templates, and other digital products for your personal or business garment manufacturing needs.
• Custom Services: For custom tech packs and garment production services, clients must provide detailed specifications. We will work closely with you to ensure the final product meets your requirements.

• Ownership: All pre-designed tech packs, templates, and other content provided by Fashion Assist Hub remain the intellectual property of SIA Beniluks or its licensors. Custom tech packs and designs created for clients are owned by the client, with Fashion Assist Hub retaining the right to use such designs for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed.
• Restrictions: You may not reproduce, redistribute, or sell any material from Fashion Assist Hub without express written permission.

• For Digital Products: Select the desired product, add it to your cart, and proceed to checkout for immediate download or access.
• For Services and Physical Goods: Contact us through the provided form or email to discuss your needs. For custom services, a consultation will be arranged to gather your specifications and provide a quote.

• Pricing: Listed on our website for digital products. Custom services and physical goods are quoted individually based on your requirements.
• Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and online payment platforms. Payment details and instructions will be provided at checkout or on your invoice.

• Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital products, they cannot be returned or exchanged once downloaded. We encourage customers to review their orders carefully before making a purchase.

However, in instances where the delivered service or product does not align with the agreed-upon specifications, we will evaluate the situation on a case-by-case basis to determine the appropriate course of action, which may include partial refunds or adjustments to the service.

• Orders for both physical goods and custom digital products may be canceled prior to the commencement of production. If an order is canceled after production has started, a cancellation fee of 20% of the total price of the product or service will be applied. This fee compensates for the resources and time allocated to the order up to the point of cancellation.
• To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. The feasibility of cancellation and any applicable fees will be communicated based on the status of the order at the time of the cancellation request.
