MATERIAL PREPARATION FOR BULK
Before commencing mass manufacturing, we complete all preparations. This includes cutting fabrics into detailed pattern pieces and organizing all trims, labels, and accessories by model, color, and size.
All incoming materials are inspected for quality, color, and texture to ensure they meet the specifications outlined in the tech pack.
Materials are sorted based on type, color, and other attributes. They are then labeled for easy identification during the production process.
All trims like buttons, zippers, and labels are prepared and sorted for easy access during the sewing process.
Fabrics, trims, and other materials are allocated to specific production lines or teams based on the production schedule.
PATTERN NESTING
Pattern Nesting is the process of placing pattern pieces onto the fabric in a way that optimizes material utilization, reduces fabric waste, and ensures efficient cutting. It involves creating layouts for cutting that follow the marker’s guidance but may involve multiple markers on different fabrics.
