(* It’s essential to note that our measurements align with the pattern specifications. The dimensions of the finished garment can vary due to seam allowance, fabric characteristics, and established tolerances.)

  • Supplier Identification

Our recommendations of suppliers or vendors who can provide the required materials.

  • Bill Of Materials (BOM)

It is a comprehensive and structured list of all the components, parts, materials, and sub-assemblies required to manufacture a product. The BOM serves as a crucial document in manufacturing and product development processes, providing detailed information about what goes into creating a particular product.

  • Pattern Creation

Our skilled pattern makers create detailed patterns for each component of a garment, such as sleeves, bodices, collars, and more. These patterns are made to exact measurements and specifications of provided sample or provided by you.
*We suggest creating a Fit Sample with the initial pattern as a best practice.

  • Pattern Digitizing

We can convert your physical pattern into a digital format for easier storage, modification, and sharing, streamlining the production process.

  • Pattern Grading

Is essential for adapting a prototype’s pattern into different sizes while maintaining shape, fit, balance, and scale of style details. This ensures that a garment looks and fits proportionally across all sizes, from small to large.

  • Graded Size Chart

This is a chart that lists measurements for each size variation of the garment (e.g., XS, S, M, L, XL).* It’s essential to note that our measurements align with the pattern specifications. The dimensions of the finished garment can vary due to seam allowance, fabric characteristics, and established tolerances.

  • Pattern Edits/ Changes

Focuses on fine-tuning your existing garment patterns to achieve the perfect fit, design, and functionality.

*The tech pack covers one round of pattern revisions.

  • Pattern Nesting

Pattern Nesting is the process of arranging all the pattern pieces for each size and each style of a garment onto a large sheet, known as a marker. The goal is to arrange the pieces in such a way as to maximize fabric utilization and minimize waste. Once the nesting is made, it is laid on top of multiple layers of fabric, and the fabric is cut following the marker guidelines.
*We provide a marker making solution for 140cm wide fabric.

  • Bill of Materials (BOM)
A list of all the components and materials required to assemble the garment. This includes fabric, thread, buttons, zippers, labels, and any other necessary elements.
  • Assembly Sequence
A step-by-step sequence that outlines the order in which fabric pieces and components should be joined together to create the garment. It includes guidance on attaching sleeves, collars, pockets, zippers, and any other elements.
  • Sewing Techniques
Descriptions of the specific sewing techniques and stitches required for each seam and component of the garment. This includes details on seam allowances, stitching methods, and any unique sewing requirements.
  • Finishing Instructions
Guidance on finishing touches, such as pressing or ironing the garment to give it a polished appearance, attaching labels, buttons, and other fasteners, and folding or packaging the finished product.

We offer three distinct types of Custom Tech Packs to suit various needs

These Tech Packs will prepare you for manufacturing your garments. All you need to do is determine the complexity of your apparel project or identify your current requirements to kickstart the process.

MINI CUSTOM TECH PACK

A Mini Custom Tech Pack is a condensed, streamlined version of a standard tech pack. It provides essential information required to produce a garment, making it especially suitable for simpler designs or for brands that are just starting out and need a foundational guide for manufacturing.

BASIC CUSTOM TECH PACK

The Basic Custom Tech Pack provides a more comprehensive guide for garment production than the mini version, but it’s not as detailed as advanced tech packs. It’s tailored for brands or designs that require a more structured framework for manufacturing, ensuring clarity in design execution without diving into the most granular details.

ADVANCED CUSTOM TECH PACK

The Advanced Custom Tech Pack is an exhaustive blueprint for garment manufacturing. It’s the gold standard for brands and designers who require precision, consistency, and the highest levels of detail in their production processes.
